Exclusions

Not covered

  • Physical damage after repair including drops, cracks or bends
  • Water or liquid damage after repair
  • Software issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Devices opened or repaired by third parties after our service

Device inspection

We inspect the device to confirm whether the issue is related to the original repair.

Resolution

If approved, we repair the covered issue at no additional cost within the warranty terms.

Warranty claims require proof of repair. This warranty is limited to the repair performed and does not extend to the entire device. Fixit Hub reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after inspection.
